A5 Invitation: A beautifully minimalist card that highlights your wedding details in black text, with a finely detailed venue illustration adding a unique, personal touch.

Details Card: A coordinating card to share important information with your guests.

Vellum Wrap: The invitation and details card are wrapped in a delicate vellum sheet with your venue illustration printed on, creating a soft, layered effect.

Wax Seal: Complete the look with a gold or silver 'with love' wax seal to secure the vellum wrap.

Main Envelope: Complete with a premium kraft bown envelope, perfectly matching the timeless design of the suite. Please select custom envelope if you'd like a different colour.

Each invitation is sealed with a luxurious gold or silver 'with love' wax seal, ensuring a touch of sophistication. Printed on 300GSM textured cardstock, this invitation exudes luxury.

Every invitation order comes with unlimited text amendments and an additional two day invitations complimentary, one for your photographer to include in 'details' shots, and the other as a keepsake.

Ensure your guests know their meal choices with my menu card inserts. These are perfect if your guests have a choice of food options.

Postal RSVP Cards with Envelopes

Make it easy for guests to respond with my postal RSVP cards and envelopes. These can include a tickbox grid for meal choices if applicable. Without this option, guests will respond virtually by email, phone, or website.

Envelope Liners

Add a pop of colour or pattern to the inside of your envelopes with my envelope liners for an extra special touch.

Envelope Addressing

Save time and achieve a polished look with my envelope addressing service. Your return address can also be pre-printed on RSVP card envelopes. Please note, this service is only available on lighter coloured envelopes.

Evening Invitations

Timescale

Please allow at least 4 weeks notice for when you need the invitations. Most invitation orders will be posted out within 2 weeks, however during busy periods this timescale can be extended up to 4 weeks. For orders needed faster please contact me at finnandwild@outlook.com to confirm my availability.

To place your order, follow these simple steps:

Choose Your Additional Extras: Select from the dropdown menus for menu cards, postal RSVP cards, envelope liners, envelope addressing and envelope colour.

Enter Quantity: Specify the number of invitations needed. Please note to order one invitation per household, not per guest. You can also add evening invitations here.

Order Placement: After placing your order, I will email you a form to complete with all of your wedding details.

Design Process: I will create your first draft and send it to you as a PDF. We will collaborate back and forth with unlimited changes until you are 100% satisfied. Nothing gets printed until you approve the final design.

Printing & Assembly: Once confirmed, I will begin printing and assembling your invitations. As everything is handcrafted, you will receive your invites within approximately 1-2 weeks. I will keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping: Your invitations will be carefully packaged and posted via Royal Mail or Evri. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Order Cancellation: You have 24 hours to cancel your order for a full refund, unless the order has already been created.

Processing Time: Bespoke orders typically take around 4 weeks to complete. For urgent orders, please contact me first to confirm my availability.

Delivery Delays: I am not responsible for delivery delays out of my control.

Proof Approval: I will print the designs as per the approved proofs. It is your responsibility to fully check spelling, grammar, and design on all proofs. If re-printing is necessary, additional fees may apply.

Promotional Use: I reserve the right to post any work on social media or my website for promotional purposes. Any private information, such as phone numbers or email addresses, will be hidden. If you prefer your invites not to be posted, please advise upon ordering.
