The Story of Us invitation suite is designed to celebrate the moments that made your relationship what it is today. Rather than a traditional border or motif, these invitations feature a bespoke, hand-drawn illustration border made up of meaningful moments from your journey together, creating a truly personal keepsake as well as a wedding invitation.
Couples can choose around 8–10 moments to be illustrated, from first dates and favourite foods to beloved pets, shared hobbies, holidays, babies or the places that mean the most to you. Each illustration is thoughtfully hand-drawn and arranged to frame your invitation, subtly telling your story before guests even read the details.
No two Story of Us invitations are ever the same. Every design is created from scratch, making it a one-of-a-kind piece that feels deeply personal and completely unique to you. The wording is fully personalised and unlimited text amendments are included, ensuring everything feels just right before printing.
Your invitations are printed in-house on luxury 300gsm textured cardstock, chosen for its beautiful weight and tactile finish. This ensures the illustrations feel soft, detailed and timeless, while maintaining the high-quality finish Finn & Wild is known for.

Please allow up to 4 weeks’ notice when ordering. Most orders are completed and posted within 2 weeks, however this may vary during busy periods.
The Story of Us Invitations
To place your order, follow these simple steps:
- Choose Your Additional Extras: Select from the dropdown menus for menu cards, postal RSVP cards, envelope liners, envelope addressing and envelope colour.
- Enter Quantity: Specify the number of invitations needed. Please note to order one invitation per household, not per guest. You can also add evening invitations here.
- Order Placement: After placing your order, I will email you a form to complete with all of your wedding details.
- Design Process: I will create your first draft and send it to you as a PDF. We will collaborate back and forth with unlimited changes until you are 100% satisfied. Nothing gets printed until you approve the final design.
- Printing & Assembly: Once confirmed, I will begin printing and assembling your invitations. As everything is handcrafted, you will receive your invites within approximately 1-2 weeks. I will keep you updated throughout the process.
- Shipping: Your invitations will be carefully packaged and posted via Royal Mail or Evri. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
- Order Cancellation: You have 24 hours to cancel your order for a full refund, unless the order has already been created.
- Processing Time: Bespoke orders typically take around 4 weeks to complete. For urgent orders, please contact me first to confirm my availability.
- Delivery Delays: I am not responsible for delivery delays out of my control.
- Proof Approval: I will print the designs as per the approved proofs. It is your responsibility to fully check spelling, grammar, and design on all proofs. If re-printing is necessary, additional fees may apply.
- Promotional Use: I reserve the right to post any work on social media or my website for promotional purposes. Any private information, such as phone numbers or email addresses, will be hidden. If you prefer your invites not to be posted, please advise upon ordering.
